“On the way out, it was fine (5*). But, on the way home we waited 35 minutes for our car to arrive at approximately 1.50 am at Stansted. The man who gave it back was very kind and wished us a safe journey home. But as my husband and I are 72 and 69, it was a long time to be waiting in the cold. Perhaps you need a way to prioritise returns so that the most vulnerable aren’t left until last?”
“Amazing service. Came as soon as we got there & picked us up within 10 minutes of us coming out of the airport (there was also issues their end with another vehicle and they made sure they were still with us asap!!!) amazing service.”
