“Would not use meet and greet outside terminal again much quicker to use key drop off service. Had to wait some time for car to be dropped off and I found it very stressful, driver never said a word, not even hello or goodbye very disappointed.”
“My arrival at Stansted on 25/4/2024 @ 6am was refused as the electric barrier would not work-as to whether this was all customers or just aph ? The operator eventually opened the barrier when he realised the queue would be back to the M11-Despite my giving him evidence of my booking at the airport. My wife was hysterical by this time-she thought we were going to miss our flight. Having gone through the barrier I explained to a further member of staff I abandoned my car and went to the book in office of M&G”

On being met staff was very friendly, bit a different experience on collection..I made a comment as to weather my car had been parked in a field as alot of mud around the wheels that was definately not there when I dropped it off (and on the driver's car mat)
He replied that it was not in a field it was in a compound and lots of rain! It had definitely been in a field at some point..Just admit it or tell me why so much mud..It cleans off but he was very defensive. However I would use the service again”
