“Made a telephone call 10 minutes prior to arrival and was met as promised at the meeting point. Showed the booking form and handed over the car key. The chap taking the car took a couple of short videos of the outside of the car as evidence of no damage i assume? He never said. On arrival back at the airport we telephoned and was told the car would be there within 10 minutes which it was. A nice helpful cheery chap delivered it back to us. There was no mud on the car’s wheels when I handed it over, there was a large amount on its return. Not a problem but the inside of the car, the drivers side mat, the centre consul in the footwell of the car was also smothered in mud!”
“Great drop off but left waiting 35 mins to collect my car. I called from the baggage area when I had collected my bags as recommended on their web site and booking form. That let it down also there was only the head office number on my confirmation email. Had to call Gatwick to get the number as it wasn't on the auto select numbers invoice message. There was only Gatwick & Manchester.”
“Very efficient on outward journey but had to wait 30 minutes in the pouring rain when we arrived back at Stansted. We were told the car would be back in 8-10 mins and would have waited inside the terminal if we had been told that they were running late.”
