“Had to wait and ring twice on departure day to see where”chauffeur” was as it says. Will be waiting for me. On return number we were given to ring no one answered and had to leave message. Then rang another number. Twice again where the man said “what is your problem “!! My cars not been bought back. It’s raining. I’m sleep deprived. I said.”

Note for APH - and without detriment to this review- you might want to suggest an alternative landmark as opposed to “near the flag poles”, as they’re not easily identifiable unless you know they’re there…”
“It’s great being able to drop off and pick up your car so close to the terminal but I would prefer to be able to notify my readiness at both ends with a text or WhatsApp rather than a phone call. Also, I had to pay £7.50 to leave the short-stop parking area.”
