“Having used this service in the past and being satisfied we decided to book again.
But this time when returning to the UK we called to say we were ready for our vehicle. We were told it would be about 10 minutes. After speaking again to the office it finally arrived after 35 minutes. I thought the idea of meet and greet was not to be hanging around for to long at the airport.”
“Really easy. Quick hand over at departure 30 second walk to entrance.
Collected car on our return journey and waited no more than 3 minutes.

“The service was as expected but there are a couple of points that need to be mentioned. Firstly, there was a delay in the driver reaching the airport. We followed the instructions and called for our car immediately after passing through baggage reclaim but the car wasn't returned to us for around 20 mins. Secondly, whilst I appreciate that that your T&Cs refer to us having to pay for the £7.00 drop off exit fee, but it would have been better for the driver to remind us of this so that we could be prepared for it. The driver seemed unprepared. He had left his PDA at your HQ and provided us with no info. The exit from the airport needed to be more personal.”
