Only little thing was that one of my headlights was not working on collection and was not made aware although it must have been noticed when being returned, as this was 2.00am and had a long drive home I’m sure something could have been dine”
“Having received my car back with faulty central locking, APH must have been aware that it had gone wrong because the drivers door will not lock now. This fault did not exist before leaving it in their care.
The driver was aware of the fault because he manually unlocked the boot from the dashboard, I did not think anything of that at the time until I got home and found the fault.
Having received a not our fault response to my complaint I certainly will not be using meet and greet at Stansted again and will not recommend them to friends and family.”
