“Very easy to use, costumer service was friendly and helpful. We had a delayed flight home and a short phonecall to them sorted the late pickup of the car with ease. The gentleman who picked up and dropped off our car was very friendly. It made our life very easy with 2 young children and will 100% be using this service again.”
“1. APH should clearly state in writing that the car is to be dropped off at the front of the airport outside Departures, in Zone C. We were only told this verbally when we got lost.
2. The man who took our car away stated that on our return we should come to the same spot and our car would be on either one side of the road or the other.
3. On our return we rang APH from zone C as advised. We waited some time but could not see our car. I rang APH again and was told my car was already there.
4. However, the car could not be seen from where we were standing in zone C. We started walking to search for it and found it in another lane in zone C. The driver had not tried to ring my mobile number but was instead standing and chatting with another driver.
5. I don’t think I could describe this as a meet and greet service.
6. Furthermore I messaged APH as our flight was delayed but my message was not seen until the next day.”
