“We have used APH on a number of occasions and have always had a positive experience. The staff collecting and dropping off our car are always friendly and make us feel assured our car is in good hands.”
“Very disappointed , Normally wge you pay for Valet there is someon at the Terminal to greet you. Whenever I've this service at the set down zone at Stansted theres always been someone in the kiosk. Ive nver used APH here before and not sure I will again. They ask that you call on arrival and return. They have ALL the information of flight departures and arrivals on the bookimg so why not just use that. Also ( and this may be something new) we had to be pay the exiit fee of £7 on departure. All in all not worth the additional money at Stansted. MAy as well use the set down on the lower car park. This no longer falls into what I expect as Meet & Greet . An additional concern was the mileage on the car when it was returned.”
