“All good apart from the answerphone message when you call the number, its sounds like a dalek, can't easily be understood, especially in the arrivals lounge wirh other noise...needs to be sorted, sounds unproffessional and cheap...try ig yourself...”

“I've never been to Stanstead before, so I didn't know what to expect. I couldn't believe how close to the entrance we got to park. It was very busy, so it wasn't easy to spot the guy (Andy) who was there to collect my car. Andy came to find me after a few minutes and collect my key. Very easy. On the way back, I phoned APH as soon as I cleared customs and Andy was there with my car within 5 minutes. Incredibly quick and easy. We were back on the road within about 20 minutes of getting off the plane. Amazing. My only suggestion to APH is that the person who collects the key at departures wears something distinctive, like a flashing light arm band or a bright yellow hat so that they are easier to find at the very busy drop off area.”
