“Amazing convenience that I would highly recommend. I paid using tesco clubcard points so it didn't cost anything. You pull up right outside departures, had your car to a nice chap, then repeat when you arrive back home. So easy.”
“Be aware that when you book this meet and greet, you HAVE to pay the exit fee, this was not told to us by any staff member, it’s in small print on the confirmation, this needs to be clearly stated in the booking, when you book a car park meet and greet you expect for everything to be covered and you drive your car leave it & then pick it up, if they expect you to pay for your exit, the staff could reiterate this in case you haven’t seen it on the small print, I imagine a lot of people get caught out by this. I will not be using this service in future & will continue to purchase direct through the airport. Poor communication service in terms of what is covered and what isn’t. Total con.
I have done various meet and greets at other airports and this is the only one where I’ve received a fine for not paying the exit fee.
Learning point for myself, but it would be more beneficial for this information to be communicated more effectively so that people do not get caught out and end up having to pay a £60 fine.
When we were greeted, nothing was communicated to us regarding an exit fee.
Staff were friendly & easy to contact to arrange drop off of car, right outside terminal which was great but I will not be using this service again & I will not be recommending”
