“Farse! Was so much easier to park and drop key last time, it avoided the absolute chaos in the drop off, and we didn’t have to pay £7 to leave the car park last time! My sons got sworn at and horns blasted at them because the valet parking person literally parked the car sticking out into the road and just left it like that for my sons to then almost get run over trying to get in it.”
“Made the trip much easier. Called 10 minutes before arrival and someone was there ready to meet us. On the way back through we had to wait for 20 mins or so but that was due to traffic through Stansted so not their fault. Both drivers were very friendly and helpful.”
“Really easy service to use. We were met as promised when we arrived back in the UK the car was delivered within 5 minutes of us clearing customs. Highly recommend the service, especially as it is not that much more expensive than standard parking.”
“I was a little surprised and disappointed to find that we still had to pay the £7 standard exit fee from the drop off zone when we left. I would have hoped this was included in the cost that we paid.”
“Arrival was fine, but our collection was dreadful, had to call twice to find out where our car was, on the 2nd call it had not even left the yard.
Had to wait 40 mins in the end and it would have been quicker and a lot cheaper to park in one of the standard car parks with a minibus service. Definitely not a premium service on this occasion.”
“Great service, chauffeurs we’re prompt to meet us to collect the car and even quicker to return the car upon our arrival at Stanstead. I’d definitely use this service again.”
“In general, the service was good, but we had to wait for approx 30 extra mins for collection when we returned home. We also had to pay the £7 to exit the airport drop off lane, which I would expect to have been covered by the meet and greet charge”
“We have used meet and greet before and that’s why we booked again. This time though it did take about 20mins for someone to meet us to drop the car off. Pick up worked great for us.”
