Collection was slower than normal. I knew where the car was as I have an Apple air tag in it. The queue for Border Control was frankly a disgrace and it must have taken over an hour in the snake. I was steaming mad at this time in the morning to face this ridiculous situation. So I was possibly being unrealistic about my expectations as the airport was heaving with people and traffic. I only called after I was through passports and I had no luggage so maybe I was too fast. NOT a complaint against the person - more an observation on the situation. Of course I will use you again and again and always recommend you too. Neil”
