“Kept waiting 20 mins at drop off and then on return given unclear instructions and car badly parked so hidden from view which resulted in another delay and us having to pay £25 to exit airport instead of £7. Will not use this Express Meet and Greet again - prefer the simpler meet and greet where you drop keys to office. Customer service needs some attention as staff unengaged and pretty unhelpful.”
“The actual service was good, but we were annoyed when asked for £7 to exit the restricted parking zone. This should be made clear on the booking. Not the tiny small print. We buzzed through for assistance and was told we needed a password but were not given this by APH staff.”
“We were met on arrival at the airport by the driver who was friendly and polite. Handover was quick. On our return, we only waited a couple of minutes for the car. Again, friendly and efficient service. Would definitely recommend.”
“Amazing service. Our first time using the meet and greet service. We were using 2 cars and we were able to notify of our arrival with just 1 phone call. The cars were collected by 2 lovely friendly men who explained the return process. Upon return we were greeted really quickly and a quick hand over of keysand we were on our way. 100% recommended”
