“The only issue was the driver on the collection was looking for the wrong car. The original booking was a black Ford and I changed it to a white Peugeot. The driver was looking for a white Ford. It just delayed us slightly. Otherwise it was very good.”
“Good service. Could have been clearer instruction on when to call in on arrival. (Instructions on where to drive to before instruction to call. By then, it’s a 10 min wait for the guy to pick the car up and risks a fine if 15 mins exceeded at the set down area)”
