“Always use APH at Gatwick and assumed it would be of the same high standard. We were totally shocked to see the state of the car park. There wasn’t an area to drive through to have photos taken of the car, no tarmac, it was full of potholes some deep, which would account for the mud on the carpets and door shut, poorly lit which made it difficult to find the car in the dark, a tin make shift bus stop, nowhere dry and warm to wait. Staff where very friendly, the pick up and drop off went smoothly”
“Great service very prompt with the collection from the terminal. Used on many occasions the car park hasn’t changed ok when dry but horrible when wet, needs be tarmaced!”
“I’ve used APH before but at a different location. Directions were poor for this site. Check in was swift, but we then had a long wait for the transport to the airport. There was quite a queue of people. It meant that we were cutting it fine for our flight.”
