“I booked my car as I had a day trip and this is my first time using this car park. I was greeted by a lovely gentleman at 0345am! Such a bright greeting at that time of the morning. The gentleman’s name is Andy, I had to ask his name as he was so polite, sign posting me where to park checking whether I needed help with luggage and wishing me a safe flight. All this sounds standard but not always what is delivered so I had to ensure I left a review. Not sure the return communication with the team was as smooth but Andy made my day”
“Easy to find, however the instructions on my way back wasn't clear. Waited on the zone as per my return ticket and the bus was in different zone resulting that I couldn't find it, also the bus which came to pick me up had different name, it would help if the bus have a sign staying '' APH parking" because I was unable to recognise it. Waited long for the bus on my return.”
