“First time i have used APH at Stansted. I only recently realised it was available after previously using the bus but given wanted to get there early re delays and our flight was very early. A little worried when turned up at a locked gate on a dark morning, but no issues at all. Handed over our keys, received a card for details on the way back. Driver ready to take just us and our cases to the airport in one of their cars. Dropped off opposite one of the entrances. It is as they describe only a few minutes away (1 mile). On way back phoned when ready for pick-up, driver again turned up in a few minutes. It is nice to be chauffeured around. No issues leaving the keys, trust the company and had used APH at Gatwick previously so pleased to see them. To note run with sister company 'I Love Park and Ride'.
Picked them over others who were cheaper for parking, but not as close. Some horror stories of cars taken miles away- one example being Colchester. Definitely use again.”
“Totaly shocked when I arrived at the site !!! Just the type of parking lot I was trying to avoid.
As I had used APH Gatwick lots of times; I assumed; and your website gives me the idea, Stansted APH would be of a similar standard. Rough old portakabin for booking in. Unsure where my car was going; one of the drivers told me it could be on another site and the APH use this outfit as a sub.-contractor. If I had more time for my flight, I might have gone elsewhere. Worried all holiday where my car might be left.
However, the car was fine and the two guys who picked us up on time were professional in their attitude.”
“Great service, arrived. Showed where to park, left keys and given instructions for return then only short wait for minibus to terminal.
On way back, called when collected bags then only another short wait for minibus back.
