“Clearer signing of the car park would be helpful. The APH logo is not obvious and the I love parking logo is confusing.
On arrival it could be made clearer where to park. We arrived in the middle of the night and it was not at all obvious that we were in the right place.
The surface of the car park should be sealed. Fortunately we had good weather for our arrival and departure, but it was a struggle to wheel cases on the gravel surface. It would have been very messy and dirty if it had been raining.
The staff were very polite and minibus transfers worked really well.”
