“A dreadful experience. My car is damaged, reported it straight away and told I am making a fraudulent claim. The way I have been dealt with and treated is disgusting.
Been told they don't have to prove to me they damaged my car, instead I have to prove it to them that they did. The Founder of the company herself has been persistently rude and disrespectful and, I have been told to 'watch it' which is a threat. I have been told I am making a Fraudulent claim. I have been told I am time-wasting and a bully, because I said I will leave honest feedback about my experience.
Do not risk leaving your car. They do not look after it and then treat you appallingly. The whole experience has been awful and tainted what was a lovely holiday.”
