“On arrival at the airport was really east to park the car and checkin we weee transported to terminal within 10 mins. When we arrived back for the return the bus came with 5 mins and my car was right by the dropped at the reception so was easy to load and set off. Very friendly staff aswell.”
“Return journey was superb. Really smooth and no wait times at any stage.
Outward journey was less punctual, only one van was running so we had a fairly long wait and gathered from talking to others ahead in the queue they'd been waiting even longer, to the extent they were worried they'd miss their flight and ended up getting an Uber to the terminal instead. It was frustrating that the man in reception at the car park didn't listen to what customers were telling him and seemed unconcerned sadly.
I'll try using APH again given other aspects were really positive”
