“Very smooth drop off and pickup friendly drivers. The only issue we had was finding it as the gates were closed and your buzzed in. Would definitely use again !!”
“On arriving at aph parking in the dark early hours it wasn't clear we had arrived at the correct place as the entrance gate was very dark , as was car parking area & signage on gate was not very clear as " love parking " was also signaged on gate ( after we'd turned around). Thought we were in a desserted carpark until saw a sign in back fence with arrow to front corner being the Reception. Staff were friendly & efficient.”
“i was left waiting to collect my car for 25 minutes even though I was told it would only be 8-10 minutes due to a change over in drivers. This time waiting is unacceptable”
“We always use APH Gatwick so as we were flying from Stansted this time it seemed to seem right to use them there as we have only good things to say about them at Gatwick , but unfortunately we did not have the same experience, it seems that APH are only an agent and they use I love parking which were not professional. First of all there's no signage where to park and it's a rough dirt / gravel car park , if you can even call it a car park . The office is a porta cabin in the corner , the staff weren't friendly especially the transfer drivers , the one on our return was abrupt and just parked up got out and left us to get ourselves out including a child and for us to get our own luggage from the vehicle. After giving us our car key we were told your car is over there , not very helpful. We then had to take cases to the car in the pitch black as no lights and over rough ground. Needless to say we will not be using them at Stansted again”
“The arrival at Stansted was fine, parked car and got the minibus straight away to the airport and was dropped off right outside the entrance. Unfortunately the return trip was not as good. There only seemed to be one minibus in use and we had to wait quite some time to be picked up and taken back to the car. On hindsight, it's easier using the car park at Stansted you can walk to.”
“We should have been travelling on a Thursday but due to a serious accident on the M11 where we sat for 3 hours we missed our flight by 5 minutes despite the efforts of APH trying to get us there, we rebooked our holiday for3 days later and APH kindly moved our booking for us, good customer service we will use again”
