“We were trying to find the site at5.30 in the morning and the signage/directions were not good. We drove past the road it was in and then having found the road we drove past the entrance because of a large closed steel gate. A small sign on the wall along with other parking company signs, was completely overlooked in the gloom. Your presence needs to be better signposted. Once inside it wasnt clear where we parked the cars before going into the cabin to register arrival.
However the staff were great and explained exactly what was going to happen and the trip to the airport went perfectly and it was very close.
I would think twice before booking this APH site again. Gatwick are much better. Hope this helps.”
“Very nice people, good service and my flight was delayed so i literally arrived the day after at 2a.m. and did not charge me when they could.

“As our flight was 5am we arrived at the car park in the dark, we had trouble finding the entrance, even with satnav, maybe a lit sign as you come along the road pointing to the right would be good.
Fortunately it was dry, but as the car park isn’t concreted I could imagine that cases and footwear could get very dirty if it was wet.
It was great having an ‘on request’ mini bus which made the transfers quick. Overall a good experience.”
