“Overall, I was happy with the service. The staff were polite and friendly and the check in and minibus to and from the airport was very efficient. The only difficulty was finding the correct entrance as with the gate closed, which is great for security, it was difficult to see where you should go.”
“First time using APH and we wasn’t disappointed. Car park near terminal, fast drop off of car in a secure environment and quickly taken/picked up from airport.”

What I didn't like is that all the controls in the car were messed with (the blowers, radio, vents, mirrors, etc.), and even the seat position.
I can't for the life of me think why they would want to change any of those settings for the very short time they spend inside the car moving it a few feet inside the carpark compound.”
“On arrival at Stansted airport we were directed to a small dark gate on waste ground. The car park was behind this and unlit. There were no staff to confirm we were in the right place. Reception was manned by one person and transfers were via small Transit style mini vans with 7 maximum capacity. Not what we expected having used APH in the past. If we had been told about the situation before hand we would not have booked. APH will not be getting my business in the future.”
