APH Stansted Reviews

4.6 Rating 5,827 Reviews
Sadly, I expected much better from APH at Stanstead having used APH at LGW numerous times. I could not fault the actual staff, not the system - both elements here were brilliant and effective BUT the conditions, the environment and the surroundings were well below par I'm afraid. 1. Poorly signposted to the car park. A TINY sign which I drove past 3 times before having to stop in the BP to ask where APH was. 2. Car park not flood-lit, cars parked too close together and terrible road surfaces. 3. No on-site toilet for customers. Generally a really, really poor environment to have a short, mid or long term car park for an airport when you consider the excellent surroundings at Gatwick. I was actually quite shocked at how poor conditions were. Quite how families with small children, buggies, cases, pushchairs etc manage parking here at 4am in the pitch black for an early flight beggars belief. Sorry APH, but I won't be using you for Stanstead parking again.

Absolutely faultless, quick and easy. Transport to and from airport was great and the drivers happy in their work!

Very efficient check in and shuttle service. I think the car compound needs some lighting installed as it is very dark especially when walking across the site with suitcases. The shuttle vehicles could have an actual APH sign on them. Which Is what I was looking out for when I left a very busy airport terminal.

Good customer service. But there needs to be a visible sign opposite MacDonald’s that directs to where the park is
