“Very good service received on arrival at car park however when we were collected on our return the driver and his colleague never spoke one word to us and appeared very unfriendly. Neither of them wore seat belts during the transfer back to the car park which made us feel uncomfortable. The car park itself was very dark making it difficult to see and avoid the potholes.”
“Good service, no problems with parking and the man at the yard when we arrived back early hours and the car wouldn’t start was very helpful and managed to get us on our way home. Thank you.”
“No signage nearby to direct customers. Poor lighting on entrance into carpark. No obvious signs where ti leave your car, very dark, poorly lit parking area. Huge pot holes, uneven ground, so huge puddles. No help from driver to put suitcases into minibus. Scruffy looking staff, not professional. Overall, absolutely awful and looked like done on the cheap.”
