“Was a bit worried based on the reviews, booking was complicated using my Tesco club points. Turns out, you have to click the link on the confirmation email from Tesco for the booking to go through.
Checking in and transfer to the airport wasn't a problem, staff were friendly and helpful.
Coming back was my main issue, was a late night flight home, last thing I wanted to do was wait over 30mins for my transfer back to the car, it would have been quicker for me to walk!
Called APH as advised when I was through customs, was told to be outside in 15mins, not a major problem, got a bite to eat etc.
Went out, van arrives, no system who gets in the van first, so there was no room for me, other people who came after me went first, had to wait for the van to come back again.
Could be better organised.”
