“Friendly and efficient service, everything I've come to expect from using APH in Manchester over the last 5-6 years. Only thing that is not so great is that the entrance could be better signposted and the car park surface is rough and not tarmacked.”
“I have always been really pleased with APH at Stansted. Unlike other companies they do not add an additional charge for the drop off at the terminal. The reception staff have always been friendly, welcoming and helpful as have 99% of the drivers. My only issue has been that on my last visit the driver opened the door to the vehicle (to take me to the terminal) said that I could get in and then walked away leaving the door open. There were 2 empty seats beside me, three behind me and one in the front of the vehicle. He then came back and just said "You'll have to move, Ive got other passengers" in quite a brusque way. It would have been better if he has asked me to move and said please. Every other driver I have had has been friendly and pleasant - this one individual was clearly having a bad morning and he let you down. He didn't offer assistance or help (I'm 75 and have a severe knee injury and sometimes struggle with getting in and out of mini busses)- just opened the door and walked away - both on entering the vehicle and again when leaving it at the terminal. I am sure that this was a one off as it has never happened before. The drivers have always been very helpful, offering assistance and usually chatting with the customers. I am sure this was a one off and it has not stopped me booking with you again - at both Stansted and Gatwick - in the next month.”
