“Signage on the entry gate into the parking area needs to be improved, it doesn’t clearly say APH, the sat nav for the postcode wasn’t accurate and the gate looked inaccessible. Once we had found it and gained entry the service was straightforward and efficient. Short wait for transport on our return but they were expecting us and the car was ready with no hold ups.”

“First time using APH and what a joy it was! Easy to get to from the A120, staff were available immediately to take the keys and explain how to get back on return. They immediately took us to the terminal and were very polite. Then on return, we followed instructions, called them and was picked up to return. The car was ready for collection in the same state it was left in. Brilliant service. Will definitely be using again.”
“Very close to the airport but the shuttle bus only takes 8 people, so if there are a lot of people already there waiting it could cause an unexpected delay.”
