“Badly signposted as there is only a tiny APH sign, otherwise it looks like a different brand of car park. No toilet facilities at the carpark (clearly there are some for staff), staff were rather rude and told us to go to McDonalds with two small children! The car park has no tarmac so expect dragging all your luggage through massive gravel potholes full of rainwater and mud. The transfer itself was fine and quick but took ages to wait for the minibus to arrive. All good overall but simple customer-orientated improvements such as toilet facilities and a resurface of the car park (at least do up the potholes!) would make all the difference.”
