“Overall a very good service! A little hard to find at first, it could be signposted a bit better but we got there eventually! Quick, easy and reasonably priced. Shuttle to and from the airport, puts your mind at ease knowing you just call and you’re picked up in a short time. Definitely recommend!”

“Park here every time I travel from Stansted, location is perfect very close to the airport and the minibus transfer is very quick at any hour. The car park is not tarmacadam so can have puddles and isn't well lit at night bit other than than it's safe and secure and the staff are very polite, highly recommend”
“We arrived in the dark at about 4am on the appointed day. parked up BUT NO LIGHTING IN THE PARKING AREA. DRAGGING CASES ALONG A VERY BUMPY UNSURFACED AREA TO THE OFFICE WAS A PROBLEM FOR 2 OF OUR PARTY OF 4.
We were dropped off at Zone C and told to ring the office when we returned to request the shuttle bus to pick us up.
WE FOLLOWED THE INSTRUCTION FOR THE RETURN AND WAITED AND WAITED. A FURTHER PHONE CALL ESTABLISHED THAT THE SHUTTLE HAD PICKED UP A PARTY OF FOUR THAT HAD NOT PHONED IN. WE WERE LEFT OUT TO DRY!!! ONE OF OUR PASSENGERS HAD A DEADLINE TO MEET, WE WERE NOT PLEASED.
Returning to the car we found it had been left UNLOCKED AND PARKED RIGHT AGAINST THE FENCE. A THIRD PARTY COULD EASILY HAVE GAINED ACCESS. A COMPLAINT AT THE OFFICE DREW NO APOLOGY. THIS WAS APPALLING.
I have been a customer of APH for many years and never before had experienced such poor conditions and service, it was dreadful. If I travel from Stansted in the future APH Stansted will not be my parking of choice, or indeed, any of the passengers.”
