“I have had such a great experience with APH. I have arrived 2 hours before my planned booking yet they still allowed me to park my car without any issues. When arriving back, I called the driver and he had come to pick us up in a quick manner, the car was ready and positioned by the exit so that we were able to back our bags and get on with the journey. Fantastic service will definitely be using APH in the future”
“Having used APH Stansted several times before this will be my last time. We left the car for only 4 days and it travelled 2 miles whilst in their possession. Unfortunately they, in my opinion, abused our trust. The dashcam had been unplugged, the radio had been changed from the computerised controls, the heater had been changed settings and the drivers seat had not only been moved but the lumber support had been adjusted (not done by accident) nothing had been put back in place. Not happy customers.”
“As on previous occasions the service provided was very good, unfortunately the state of the parking area does not equal the standard of service. When we returned to pick up our car the parking area was full of water filled potholes with mud everywhere, by the time we got our cases back to the car they and our feet were filthy.”

The car park itself was extremely uneven, full of potholes, and very poorly lit in the dark. Both times I arrived, it was nighttime, which made it quite difficult to find a safe path to walk, either to the main office when I first parked or back to my car after my return flight without stepping into large puddles caused by the uneven ground.
When I drove through the gates, a friendly staff member directed me to head down and park by the cones. However, once I drove down the very narrow, bumpy strip of road, there were no cones in sight, leaving me confused about where to go next as it was almost a dead end. The staff member walked down and told me to just park where I had stopped.
When I returned from my trip, my car had been parked in quite a tight spot, which made getting out a bit tricky.
I chose this APH car park because I’ve used the Gatwick APH before and had an excellent experience there, well-lit, clearly signposted, smooth roads, and very straightforward. Sadly, this Stansted location was the complete opposite in terms of layout, clarity, and general condition.”
