“We booked APH through Tesco Clubcard. This is our first time using APH. The experience was smooth throughout. We followed direction and found the car park very easily. We parked the car at a customer bay, went to reception nearby to complete the paperwork and dropped keys. By the time I got to the reception , the gentlement already found my online booking, knew who I was. There was no queue and I completed within 5 mins. Then we were shown to wait at the bus stop just outside the reception. The bus came in 5 mins. The drive to Stansted airport was around 5-7mins depending on traffic. On the way back, once I collected my luggage I called the office and was told the bus would be there in 10 mins. However, the bus came within 5 mins.
I was nervous when I first booked as I was not sure if the process would take long. However, I can say that the service is very convenient. The bus is provided on request and very quick. I would definitely use APH again.”
