“The signage is difficult to find APH Stanstead as it is quite small and associated with another service.
The staff are friendly and helpful. Carpark surface is loose broken up tarmac and gravel and useless for wheeling a suitcase and realy needs to be looked at. Drop off and pick up is by mini bus and is quick. One of the problems for me was were I was to pick up the minin bus from on return, it would have helped if when being dripped off we were shown where pick up was, if fact it was the same area we were drop off.”
