“the car park at the drop off point is not surfaced Nor are there any walk-ways. The ground is coarse gravel, stones and grit. As a result my suitcase wheels were destroyed. Is there any compensation that can be claimed?”
“Nice and easy. Turn up- park your car and a member of staff will drive you the short distance to the airport.
On your return you just simply call them and they will have someone pick you up and take you back to your car. Good service.”
“Staff & transfer very efficient.I am used to using gatwick APH which has always been excellent & feel a very safe place to park.Not so sure about Stansted.just felt like a bit of waste ground.”
