“Compared to your Gatwick service it is very poor, the car park area is like a building site. Called as directed when we left customs, was told minivan would pick us up in about 8 minutes from zone C, waited in the rain as no cover for about 15 minutes and decided to walk down to different zone and found driver and van there, he stated that he couldn't drive further down to zone C as there were no spaces there, which was nonsense as there were plenty, and how would he know when he didn't even drive that far, drive to car park wasn't great as he was obviously fed up with other road user's, I don't need help with luggage, but if an elderly person did need a bit of help they would have had none from this chap, he made it very obvious that he wasn't going to lift cases into van, staff in the hut were very polite.”
