“Difficult to find unless you are driving with someone that can read the instruction given, sat nav doesn’t take you to location.
The service going to the airport was brilliant but on our way home we stood outside the airport for 45 mins waiting to be collected, when you call to say your waiting there should be a service where the driver calls the customer to say they have arrived. We started walking towards to van and he drove off as he obviously didn’t know who he was waiting for but if he was given access to call then we wouldn’t have been stood in the pouring rain at 1am with 3 children. When we arrived back to the car park the person in the office gave us our key and told us to go find our car. Again it was pouring with rain, we were left with our cases, the car could have been pulled forward to where we got out of the van as they knew we were on our way back. Instead my husband had to look for our car in the pitch black. Nice and close to the airport but not the greatest service.”
“Very good reliable service. You know your car is not moved far unlike some firms and is the nearest office to Stansted only about 5 mins away. Was a very quick pickup on arriving at Stansted just a few minutes. Transport going back and forth with people as soon as needed, no set times and missing one. Was also advised this time I didn't need to add so long onto end time as they allow a couple of hours fir delays to planes coming back.”
“First time we’ve used this type of parking service and we were very impressed! Staff were all helpful and friendly. Transfer to and from the terminal was swift. Transfer vehicles were clean and spacious. Will definitely use them again and happily recommend them too!”
“The basic service of APH at Stansted is good as really all you want is a quick transfer from their car park to the airport and vice versa when you return. In a nutshell that is what you get.
My only negative is that the parking area remains unmade and when you need to haul your luggage to the area near reception it is through a gravel car park which is not ideal, but that is my only negative.
Overall you can not fault the cost and service.”
“Was very concerned when we couldn't find APH parking. It was actually a site called I Love Park & Ride. The site was small and unkempt (very stoney and uneven to drive & pull luggage on) unlike the great facilities at Gatwick! Didn't feel very confident leaving our car there!”
