“We use APH in Stansted quite often and think the staff are very efficient
and helpful.
We think that a 'tarmac' area in front of the office would be of benefit
to all, and would make a good impression, whether one is leaving one's car
for 3 days or 14 days is immaterial.
We also think it's a good gesture to give frequent users of your carpark
a discount every time they come.”
“Had a few feint marks on the passenger side of the car, where car doors had been opened against car, not enough to cause a ding, but marks and little scrapes, I did not bother mentioning this to the staff. I just accepted it was that type of car park.”
“Great location for a quick 5-10 minute transfer to the terminal building, staff are always courteous. Pickup on return is usually pretty quick too. My only criticism is that there is no toilet facility at the APH office as there used to be, I've mentioned this before, and after a 2hr drive nature calls! My advice is to use the toilet in the M&S garage across the road BEFORE dropping off your car.”
