When we arrived at APH Stansted it was pouring with rain and the car park surface was awful. We checked in alright and both way transfers were quick but we had to put our own cases in the minibus which is harder when you are in your 70s. The toilet facilities were one portacabin and when we tried to leave the site at the end of our holiday the gate wouldn't open so we had to go back into the office.”
