“Easy to find and check-in, quick transfer time and minibus collected us when called later. Our car was ready on our return. What more can you ask for?”
“I'm sorry but I've used APH at Gatwick many times over the years and Stansted fell well short of the Standard I've come to expect. The entrance is not well signed or obvious. The car parking is haphazard. We had to drag our suitcases across gravel and the load them ourselves into a van while being watched by grumpy drivers. Arriving home, we were met ok but again the drivers were grumpy. They struggled with exiting the pickup area, and we felt dumped at the car park. I will, of course, carry on using APH Gatwick but never again at Stansted.”
“Absolutely awful parking facilities you park on rubble and they then move your car for you in a very small compact car park. The office is a portacabin. On arrival back to the make shift car park my car had a scrap and dent on the front wing! They deny all liability even though it was not there when I parked the car!!!
Pay the extra money and park in the mid stay car park or a car park where you do not leave your keys!!”
