“I was involved in an incident and could not go to the airport as my car was not drivable.
Upon contacting the parking service, I was directed to customer service. However, despite my efforts, I was unable to reach anyone as the lines were closed at 16:30, leaving me with no option but to send an email.
While I understand and agree with the Terms and Conditions, I must emphasize that my car was not drivable, and I believe my parking space was used for someone else at the end.
I would have appreciated at least a half refund, but nothing, so I'm not using them anymore and cannot recommend them anymore. Sorry.”
“Our experience to the airport and from the airport were very different. On the way to the airport the staff couldn’t have been better however our return to the car park was very different. We arrived at Stansted at around 3.30am and called for someone to collect us. We were told to wait outside and someone would be around 10 minutes. We waited and no one came to us to say they were there. Luckily I noticed a van so went to them and asked if they were for us and gave him my name. The man said “no idea”. He then looked at his sheet and said “5”. He then opened the back of the van and walked away. We loaded ourselves and were driven quite speedily back to our car. No help was given to open the boot when we arrived back at your depot and the driver didn’t speak to us at all even when we were back. I understand it was 4am in the morning but customer service should stand at any hour of the day. Such a shame that the journey home wasn’t as good as the journey out.”
