“On our departure the service was good and I was very happy, although the car park is quite hard to locate.
On our arrival home we had to wait nearly 35 minutes to be picked up.
I appreciate the airport was very busy, but when the driver picked us up there was no apology or help loading our bags in to the van, he just stood and watched and made sarcastic comments, which really annoyed me. Myself and my partner' and my 3 young children were very tired as it was 04.00am and a simple apology for the slow pick up would have at least been polite.
Once arrived back at the car park we received the same treatment from the driver, no assistance with the removal of the bags from the back of the van.
Once I had picked up my car keys from the office I was offered no assistance in getting my bags back to my car, so had to drag them across a dirty gravel car park.
It was not until I got back to my car that I realized there was a path going round the back of the parked cars.
The car park is very poorly lit, although the driver was happy to watch me struggle and not mention the fact there was a path to the car.
On whole my experience was 50/50 good on the departure side, woeful on the arrival side home.”
“Great service, slick pick up and drop off from terminal. Limited parking availability apparently so do need to book well in advance is also a joint love parking franchise.”

I booked APH parking and upon return to Stansted airport,stood awaiting their shuttle. It passed by a few times...am I visually impaired and missed it? No because it had BUBBLE PARKING sign written on it and as I said I obviously thought that I had parked with APH so was looking for an APH shuttle
To be fair a great service and would recommend...but guys let's call it was it is , or isn't?”
