“We dropped the vehicle off and were transferred by mini bus to the terminal.The driver was excellent and assisted us with our cases as I and my wife are disabled. On return we had to chase the transport up as it never arrived we were asked to meet the minibus in area C when the driver arrived he parked in area B despite there being plenty of space in area C. The driver was arrogant and rude he mad no attempt to assist us with our cases and was not at all friendly. On arrival back at the car it had clearly been used whilst we were away. The passenger seat had been moved back and was almost fully reclined. The rear offside seat belt was engaged and the window was open. The vehicle was not left in this condition. When challenged they were rude and said that they had to move it on the 18th July which was when it was dropped off. I will definitely not be using your service again or recommending you to anyone.”
