“Always use APH at Gatwick and assumed it would be of the same high standard. We were totally shocked to see the state of the car park. There wasn’t an area to drive through to have photos taken of the car, no tarmac, it was full of potholes some deep, which would account for the mud on the carpets and door shut, poorly lit which made it difficult to find the car in the dark, a tin make shift bus stop, nowhere dry and warm to wait. Staff where very friendly, the pick up and drop off went smoothly”
