“This is the 2nd time I have used the airport parking at Stansted the staff are very friendly. And I thoroughly recommend it I will keep using it every time I fly from Stansted airport”

The problems here are the actual site, the whole surface needs to be tarmaced, there should be a toilet there, and somewhere reasonably warm and enclosed to wait. Also signage to the site needs to be more visible.
Compared to APH at Gatwick, this is not great, but we do use when flying from Stansted.”

On arrival on the 23rd Sept 24 at 4,45 and the weather was lashing down.
There was no assitance what so ever. The guy said " Park up there bring your cases down to the shelter"
Perhaps it should of been "As the weather was so bad park next to the shelter, unload and then put your car up the car park"
As for the driver who took us to the airport he just lacked any personality, and was of no assistance in putting the cases in the transporter.
The driver who picked us up on our return 3rd October was excellent.
Certainly not a patch on Gatwick.

“We had a really good start with the APH at Stansted. Really welcoming and efficient.
However, on return, only one of our cars was waiting for us and the other car wasn't in the waiting area. They explained that they could only have 2 cars in the waiting area. When returning to the other car, the battery was flat and nothing was working. The guys kindly jump started my car. However, it turns out that the internal light had been left on (whilst on their property) which left my battery draining and nothing to use on return. Wasn't the kind of return I was expecting. Please be mindful when leaving your car here.”
