“We arrived late due to traffic and we were short on time to make our flight. We called and they let us know it wasn’t a problem and they’d have a bus ready for us when we arrived. When we arrived they were prompt and helpful allowing us to leave straight away helping us make our flight. Pick up and drop off was easy and explained by the driver.”
