“Super easy, we were greeted at the entrance and were told where to park. The shuttle took no more than 5 minutes to the airport after checking in our keys. On our arrival we called the number and told us where we would be picked up; super quick and easy. Friendly staff. Collecting the keys didn't take long at all. Only comment is that they have changed their name to I Love Park and Ride, and look for this branding when finding the shuttle bus.”
“Phoned as instructed waited at point unfortunately couldn't get in the first pickup already full had to wait for the driver to return not what you wanted after the flight. Should be more than one mini bus running, especially as it was half term.This was an evening pick up.”
“This is NOT a car park of the standard I have come to expect from Stansted! It was NOT made clear at the time of booking that this is a third party site (I love Meet and Greet). The parking area is a muddy lot crammed into a corner. Cars are just wedged in wherever they can fit them.
I left my car there at 6:30am and collected it at 3:15pm the next day. It had sustained damage to the front right corner and the headlight mounting brackets were snapped off. I am awaiting further contact from the company.
The staff were polite enough initially, but when I reported the damage the office manager didn't even look up! Just handed me a card with a number to call, then sent an operative out to photograph the damage. He too was completely uninterested, and even suggested I should put my hand up into the wheelarch and push the headlight back into place!!
At no time was any form of apology given. I felt I was an inconvenience to them.
Needless to say I will NOT use this facility again and it has seriously affected the regard with which I previously held APH.
I consider the facility at Gatwick to be an exemplary example of the standard APH have set. Stansted is a mockery and I would strongly recommend that APH remove their patronage from this site as it is causing grave damage to their image!”
