“We waited for 50minutes to be collected as there was just one minibus & one driver working on the night we were collected.
The poor minibus driver seemed very distressed at the fact that he had a big queue of passengers that he had to make wait.
He was very apologetic but obviously it’s not his fault it’s whoever wrote that nights rota.
We normally fly from Gatwick & the APH service is 5 star which I cannot fault.”

“The signage for the site was very poor. We arrived at 3am (dark) and even with sat nav it was hard to find.
The lighting on the site itself was very poor and almost dangerous as the ground was rough and uneven.
Finally the guy in the hut was friendly but the guy who collected us was rude and unhelpful.”
