“Received very efficient service; drop off point close to terminal, staff are very friendly & minibus journey to/from Zone C very prompt.
The experience would be improved by upgrading facilities where you leave car, as these are currently poor & inconsistent with high service standards e.g. tarmac parking area, a larger & more comfortable reception.
There was a small amount of mud left on the front of my car & in driver's footwell due to wet weather & muddy surfaces on site.
But overall, I was pleased with this service & would use again”
“On entry,I was a bit confused as to where to park and no visible staff to help give direction.I parked and sought to clarify.I was attended by an unfriendly staff who was very dismissive with a hand gesture as to where to park.
On arrival,I called to inform on my arrival and the lady on the phone was quite polite.we we’re standing at zone c without realising our van was standing in front of us as the driver rolled up his window over half way which was understandable given the cold temperatures.i called again and was told the driver has been waiting.He had me speaking on phone.he came out of the van,no hello,opened the boot,we got on the van.we got to the car park,he opened the book and walked away.i have been working in the customer service industry for over 30 years and have never seen such a service without exaggeration.The drive that picked us up at the arrival was very unfriendly and not courteous at all.it would appear he needs more support with tracing on customer service.
The receptionist and the driver when we booked in on our way out were quite nice but the driver that picked us up at arrival point needs suppory”
“We have used this site a number of times and it is excellent. Very efficient service - we arrived at 4am and were at the terminal less than 15 minutes later.
Pick up was straightforward too.

“Great service. Easy to get to, transfer to and from the airport spot on, friendly staff. I felt my car was safe and didn't give it a second thought for the duration of my trip away. Answered straight away on my return to organise transfer back to my car that was by the gate waiting for me. Good banter from the staff too, will defo use again and recommend to anyone using Stansted Airport. Nice one.”
