“After many years of excellent service from the Gatwick APH I was horrified at the lack of service at Stansted.
It was impossible to find, the carpark was full of deep pot holes all filled with water. On our return late at night, the driver was most unhelpful and when we got back to the lot we had to make our way in the dark negociating the puddles in the dark, our car regretably was at the end of the row. I will certainly never use them again sorry.”

“The parking area is in an open lot which is just sand so the whole place was wet and muddy. It felt unsafe to park there as the area didn’t seem secure. My car was cleaned prior to parking there and upon collection, it was muddy and really dirty all over including the bonnet. If it was just the wheels I would have understood but it was the whole car. It’s safe to say they didn’t take proper care of the vehicle and things were done recklessly. 2 stars given is because the transfer to airport was quick”
