“Unfortunately, we had to come home sooner than we thought from our holiday due to illness, and I love park and ride, were brilliant about it, they had pulled the car out ready for us (not more than 2 hours after we parked it there), they picked us up within 15 minutes f us phoning them to explain, and were all very sympathetic to our cause, it was lovely thank you, we have used them before and been on holidays and come back and they are brilliant also, i'm just grateful we found a great company that were human.”
“Can not fault the staff, absolutely amazing! We had a gentleman in a wheel chair with us, staff went above and beyond to help. They were amazing with my 2 girls, staff spoke to the children before they did us which in eyes is great customer service! Will definitely be using again”
“The car park was not as expected. We have left our car at APH at Gatwick and been very satisfied. This car park however was not to APH standards, it was very difficult to find as the car park sign not displayed or lit. The car park itself was very dark and not lit properly either, the ground was all uneven and we did not feel that we wanted to leave our car there but had no choice. We were told that we would have to pay £5 at the car park for the transfer and was in fact charged £7. We will not be using this car park again.”
“Absolutely fantastic service. Dropped car off and was immediately taken to airport. On our return we called as we left the arrivals hall and again was greeted immediately at the meet point to be taken back to our car. Would highly recommend and use again”
